This Monday, students for A-KEEP's Community KSL class enjoyed a graduation ceremony. After 12 weeks (about 3 months) of challenging work, students were able to present what they had learned to their peers. Students enjoyed hearing each other’s presentations and eating authentic Korean food and snacks. This year students in both class levels learned how to introduce themselves and talk about their interests. Both classes learned more about Korean culture and how to speak and address others in a culturally appropriate manner.

I have really enjoyed this class and have learned a lot. The teachers are a significant help and the homework provided really helped me to understand what I was learning. I look forward to taking this class again,” one student commented.  Many have decided to come back in the fall, and they hope you will join them.

Students enjoyed practicing what they had learned with native speakers and learning how to have conversation with native speakers. The Community KSL class creates a fun and student engaged classroom. Are you interested in K-Pop, want to learn how to read lyrics, or want to know what your favorite K-Drama actor is saying? This is the class for you. We strive to make a curriculum based on what the students want to learn. Join us in the fall for our next semester! The next semester begins September 6th, and you can find more information about classes at our Community KSL webpage.
